How do we ensure
top quality goods ?
- Artwork proofs are produced before production to ensure that only the best possible product is produced.
- Goods are delivered to your doorstep within 2 - 4 weeks.
- We pride ourselves in producing only SABS approved products.
Once the order is placed,we design the product and start off in the cutting room to cut out the pattern thereof.
The preparation of the peak involves inserting a plastic reinforcing into the material and the sewing thereof.
Assembling of the cap (peak + crown).
